Making Steady Progress!

The nice thing about some of the textures I’m remaking at this stage is that they appear for the rest of the game (for example, the item boxes). It’s nice to know some of what I’m doing now will be present for the rest of the game. So hopefully with each new area in the village portion of the game there will be less and less to redo.

Also, hope you’re getting Resident Evil Ultimate Edition, which releases today on Steam! 🙂

Here’s my progress:

This is awesome work! Really wish the best to you, coz so far it’s look so professional. Shame on Capcom, they remade textures by themselves and still, let’s be fair, changed the style to much, But your textures look exactly like original only HD. They should hire you and paid for your outstanding work!

This looks awesome. Can’t wait to use it. It’s like what Capcom SHOULD have done with the new PC version!

    Simply amazing…
Retexture has to be a pain in the ass, but the results are worth it I think 🙂
By the way, since “Johnson” is more of an English surname, what about Sánchez or García?
These are very common surnames here in Spain 🙂
Keep up the good work! ^^

Hehehe that’s true, Johnson isn’t a very common last name in Spain, I’m sure. The reason I went with it is because I’m a big fan of Die Hard, so I thought it would be funny to put two Agent Johnsons in there, like in the first Die Hard. I may change it, though. 🙂

This project looks excellent, way better than “HD” retexturing Capcom provided. Looking forward to see it completed.
