I’ve done pretty much all the environmental textures for the first section, so I couldn’t delay redoing the face textures any longer. It took over 10 hours start to finish, but I think I learned a lot that will help speed up future face textures. The results aren’t perfect, but I think and hope I’ll continue improving in the future…
Also, one quick note – the final image in the gallery is the in-game model. Slightly lower polygon count than the cut-scene model, but the same texture applies.

I realised you’ve made the neck and arm parts on Leons jacket leather – when they should be fur.

@crisdecuba I think your re-skin of Leon’s jacket looks fine. What he’s wearing is a bomber jacket, so it is suppose to be leather on the torso with the fur in the upper neck and cuff area.

Looks like that to me, but I could be completely wrong. If I am wrong, I think the fur could be improved though.
Another liiiiittle thing, you shouldn’t make the cigarette pack into a real brand, but try to recreate the one in the game, in my opinion. 🙂

I’m not sure who made this re-skin texture of the jacket, but it resembles the original design a bit more. Don’t get me wrong, your re-skin of the jacket is nice too.
His hair appears too long on the back and his magnificent beard is too white, but other than that, I think it’s really good. It has this right balance between the game’s style and hyper-realism.
Ahh, this feels like so long ago now. I remember making the hair longer in the back to fix a seam issue between the head and the neck. 🙂 Since then we’ve gained the ability to edit the 3D models directly, so it should be able to be improved. Thanks!
