Salazar’s Twisted Taste and First Contact with Ada

Hello everyone! Today I’m showing you a 3-room update. (209-20a-20b)

I’m having a great time recreating all these castle areas, but these rooms are certainly difficult to redo. Almost every single texture cost me hours of work… Fortunately, the results are very effective since I had access to a lot of the original source material β€”as you can see in the picturesβ€” but the re-creations were also as faithfully redone as possible. I’m saving some of the paintings for a future revision. I hope to find more of the original paintings over the long-term, so I didn’t try remaking some of them for now.

Remember this is work in progress! πŸ˜€

Soon rooms 20c-20f-206 will be ready, too πŸ˜‰ But I’m rationing out the updates πŸ˜›

The absolute best. Those ivy walls look great too.

This is simply fantastic! Can’t wait to see what’s to come, it seems like every update is more impressive than the last. Do you think you could add a mail subscription thing on the blog, so I get the posts by mail? πŸ™‚

Wow, I can’t believe how great this is looking and how much effort you’re putting into this! RE4 is one of my favourite games of all time and I can’t wait to experience the whole thing again with this new level of detail. Donation sent, first of many probably – keep up the fantastic work!

Unable to donate get message “We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the “Ask Seller a Question” link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at http://www.paypal.com.”

Tony, thank you for letting us know and for wanting to support the project. I will open a ticket with Paypal to see if we can identify the issue. Someone else was able to donate recently, so I am not certain what the problem is exactly, but I will try to find out. Thanks again!

      • Cris says:

According to Paypal everything is set up correctly. Please, if possible, try again and let us know if you receive the same error. And if you get the error again, I will email you directly to troubleshoot. Thank you very much for the desire to support the project — it’s really appreciated!

    WOW good job!

  12. Wyrtt says:

Dude. We grateful for your work. Do not push yoursel and work on steady pace. Doing little more today can burn you off and you will do less tomorro and nothing for months. That often happens with people.
do you stuff once in week for few hours but every week. Thats better than 10 hours in 1 day once in season.
