Is that a museum or something? How did you get access to this thing?

No, it’s a chapel inside one famous cathedral in Spain 😉
I knew this was inside the cathedral but no one in internet never posted a hi-res image of that furniture because this is the less interesting part of this altarpiece XD
Should I organize some kind of “Resident Evil 4 tour” when this project is over? haha

Although is hard work I can only imagine how fun all this detective work might be… I bet you’re having a lot of fun chasing out these things, am I right? It looks to me that finding the real world texture is more interesting than retouching them for the game.

Just imagine you are a Michael Jackson’s fan and you find a signed “Thriller” album in an old disc store for just 5 dollars… It’s something like this when I find a texture XD

Guys!! I found something you might find really useful!
A door in chapter 4-1 is taken from the Prophet’s Mosque in Medina!!

Btw, i’m sure you already know this if that’s the case, but are the backgrounds of the art book, textures from the game?

    • albert says:

No, I don’t think they are used ingame. Most textures used to create this game don’t have enough resolution to be displayed in a printed book anyway
